All Supplier Day and Scholarship Breakfast attendees requiring lodging are required to book through Costco's designated hotel block. Staying within the block helps keep event pricing affordable and ensures we can continue to offer this experience for years to come — and we sincerely appreciate your support in doing so.

Please use the links below to book your hotel reservations within the Costco hotel block. Hotel proximity is estimated from the hotel to the Seattle Convention Center Summit Building. Sponsors with hotel benefits must book by July 1. All other hotel reservations must be made by September 7 to secure the discounted rate. Please note hotel blocks are first-come, first-served and may sell out before the booking deadline.

Our original hotel blocks (Hyatt Regency, Hyatt at Olive 8, and Sheraton Grand Seattle) have limited availability on our two peak nights, September 28th and 29th, though rooms remain available on other nights during the event. If your stay doesn't require both peak nights, we'd encourage you to check availability at the original hotels first. For guests needing rooms specifically on the peak nights, or if the original hotels don't have your dates available, we've also secured a courtesy block with a group rate at the Residence Inn by Marriott Seattle Downtown/Convention Center – see below for details. Please note this block's cutoff date is August 31st.
