Costco Scholarship Fund Breakfast Frequently Asked Questions
About the Breakfast
The Costco Scholarship Fund Breakfast is an annual fundraising event that brings the business community together to support deserving students at the University of Washington and Seattle University. Since the program began in 2000, the Costco Scholarship Fund has raised more than $96 million and awarded over 2,900 scholarships to hardworking and deserving students.
The Costco Scholarship Fund Breakfast has been held annually since 2000. The 2026 event marks the 27th annual Breakfast.
The Breakfast brings together Costco suppliers, local organizations, Costco employees, and supporters of the Costco Scholarship Fund. Many Supplier Day attendees also choose to attend the Breakfast the following morning.
Costco Supplier Day is an annual invite-only event where suppliers hear directly from Costco executives. The 2026 event will be held Tuesday, September 29, 2026 | 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. (Breakfast & Program) followed by a buffet lunch from 1:00–2:00 p.m. at the Seattle Convention Center | Summit.
Due to its popularity, Costco prioritizes invitations toward new suppliers, smaller suppliers, and those who would most benefit from hearing Costco's message directly. All invitations are issued by the Costco Merchandising Team — please reach out to your Costco buyer for more information.
There are two ways to attend Supplier Day:
- Complimentary Invite-Only: A no-cost option extended to select individuals by invitation only.
- Scholarship Breakfast Sponsorship: Sponsorship packages for the Costco Scholarship Fund Breakfast start at $15,000 and include a minimum of three (3) guaranteed Supplier Day seats. This option is open to any organization or individual.
For more information, visit the Supplier Day 2026 event page.
