Costco Supplier Day

WHERE: 📍Seattle Convention Center (New Location!)
WHAT: Costco Supplier Day is an invite-only event. Due to its popularity, Costco prioritizes invitations toward new suppliers, smaller suppliers, and those who would most benefit from hearing Costco's message directly. Invitations will go out in batches, depending on space.
WHO: There are two ways to register for Supplier Day:
- Complimentary Invite-Only Option: Costco offers a no-cost, Supplier Day-only option to select individuals. This option is by invite only. Please note that all invitations for 2026 Supplier Day have gone out at this time.
- Scholarship Breakfast Sponsorship: The Costco Scholarship Fund Breakfast is held the day after Supplier Day, allowing attendees to attend both events and support the Costco Scholarship Fund. The Scholarship Breakfast has several sponsorship options starting at $15,000, each including a minimum of three (3) seats to Supplier Day. This option is open to any organization or individual.
⚠️ Note to Suppliers: All Supplier Day invitations are issued directly by the Costco Merchandising Team. Please reach out to your Costco buyer for more information regarding invitations and/or to be added to the waitlist, which we will begin reviewing in June.
Costco Scholarship Fund Breakfast
WHEN: Wednesday, September 30, 2026 | 6:45 a.m. Ballroom Opens | 7:00 a.m. Plated Breakfast | 7:30 a.m.-9:00 a.m. Program
WHERE: 📍Seattle Convention Center (New Location!)
WHAT: Now in its 27th year, the Costco Scholarship Fund Breakfast is an annual fundraising event that brings the business community together to support deserving students at the University of Washington and Seattle University. Since its inception in 2000, the Costco Scholarship Fund has raised nearly $96.7 million and supported more than 2,900 students in achieving their dreams of higher education. Join us as we celebrate our Costco Scholars and alumni and raise critical funds for the next generation of leaders and innovators. The Breakfast is held the day after Supplier Day, giving guests the opportunity to attend both events.
WHO: There is a minimum donation of $1,500 per seat to attend the Costco Scholarship Fund Breakfast. Event sponsorship opportunities begin at $15,000 and include a minimum of three (3) seats to Supplier Day as a sponsor benefit.
ℹ️ Supplier Day and the Costco Scholarship Fund Breakfast require separate registrations. If you are attending both events, please be sure to register for each individually.

Costco Supplier Day and the Costco Scholarship Fund Breakfast will be held at the Seattle Convention Center in downtown Seattle. We are pleased to offer several reduced-rate hotel options, all within a 5-minute walk of the venue. Attendees requiring lodging are required to book through our official hotel links. We appreciate your cooperation, as staying within the block contributes to the success and sustainability of these events for years to come.
