Supplier Day Frequently Asked Questions

📢 Note to Suppliers: For information regarding Supplier Day invitations, please contact your Costco buyer directly. All invitations are issued by the Costco Merchandising Team and cannot be requested through the event planner.

Invitations

Supplier Day invitations are overseen by the Costco Merchandising Team, and invite lists are generally curated in March. Due to the popularity of this event, buyers prioritize which suppliers are invited. Please contact your Costco buyer to request an invitation to a future event.

Due to the popularity of this event, buyers prioritize which suppliers to invite each year. Supplier Day is geared towards inviting those suppliers who are new suppliers, smaller suppliers or those who may benefit most from hearing Costco’s message.

If you were not invited, we recommend exploring the Costco Scholarship Fund Breakfast as an alternative path to attendance. The Breakfast is held the morning after Supplier Day, and many attendees choose to participate in both events. Breakfast sponsorships start at $15,000 and include a minimum of three (3) guaranteed Supplier Day seats; this opportunity is open to any organization or individual.

Costco buyers may invite more than one representative from the same company. However, to ensure a broad and diverse supplier audience, companies are limited to a maximum of three (3) invitations. An exception applies to Costco Scholarship Fund Breakfast sponsors, whose sponsorship benefits include guaranteed Supplier Day seats.

  5. If none of the above apply, contact info@costcoscholarshipfund.org to request that your invitation be resent.

After May 15, 2026, suppliers who did not receive an invitation may request to be added to the waitlist by contacting their Costco buyer directly. Please note that the event planner is unable to add suppliers to the waitlist. The waitlist will be reviewed starting in June.
